Private person have the right based on the Finland Consumer Protection Act to cancel or exchange the products within 14 days from receiving the delivery. Cancellation is valid by sending a notification to Sukarwood (info@sukarwood.fi).
Cancelled product has to be returned to Sukarwood immediately after notification. If you have cancelled an order, you must send or deliver the product according to instructions given to you by Sukarwood.
You have the right to cancel or exchange the product to Sukarwood if:
1. Order has been cancelled according to terms by noticing Sukarwood customer service e-mail address info@sukarwood.fi within 14 days from receiving delivery,
2. Product is unused.
3. Product is in the same condition as it was received from Sukarwood. All the components of the package has to be in place.
4. Product has been packed in the same delivery package and been packed securely.
If you have cancel an order, you must pay alla Postage and other expenses in relation to returning. If you wish to exchange the products, postage expences will be paid by Sukarwood. Products that has been customized according to your request can not be cancelled or exchanged. These products are marked as “customization product”.
Sukarwood will refund the price of the product to your bank or credit card. We will complete the compensation using the same means of payment as original transaction. Refund will be completed immediately after Sukarwood has received the products you returned and cheking that products have returned in good conditions.
