These terms and conditions apply to products sold in Sukarwood online store, and bought by a private person. To make a legitimate purchase you must be at least 18 years old.
After confirming your order, you will receive an automatic reply message to the e-mail address that you gave us. This means that your order has been received and it is in progress. Within 2-4 business days you will get an order confirmation and estimation of the delivery date into your e-mail. When your order has been sent to you, you will receive an order confirmation and the corresponding tracking number for the delivery.
An estimated delivery time for orders purchased from our online store is two weeks. However, Sukarwood reserves the right to delay the order under special conditions. It is our aim to process your order as quickly as possible. An estimated delivery time for all customised Sukarwood products is four weeks.
Currently, the orders will be shipped only to Finland.

When making an order you can choose the method of delivery from the following two options:
1. Collect the delivery from your nearest Post office
2. Home delivery service to your home address (home address delivery cost 5 euros extra)
We promise a free delivery to all purchases above 50 euros
Receiving via Post, Post Economy
The order will be delivered to your nearest Post office, from where you can collect the package. You will get a delivery notification from the Post office. You can also collect the package from the Post office using the tracking code sent to you earlier.
Home delivery, Post Express Flex
You will get a phone call from the Post office and you will agree the delivery time to your desired address during business days between 9am to 9 pm. Home delivery service applies only in continental-Finland with inseparable road access.
Payment delivery service is conducted via Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7). Paytrail provides online bank service transactions and operates together with all Finnish banks and major credit and debit card institutions. Payment and identification information is transmitted via an encrypted connection to financial institutions. Paytrail will show as the payment recipient in the User’s bank statement and they will forward the payment to Sukarwood. All Service related reclamations shall be addressed mainly to Sukarwood.
